Archipelago buffet at Fiskarfänget in Norrfällsviken is a real classic. The restaurant also sells fish and various messes for those who prefer to bring their food to the cabin or caravan.

It’s not just the food that’s good. The view towards the mouth of the Ångermanälven and the Högakusten Bridge is so breathtaking that it must belong to one of Sweden’s most photographed views.

Artist Anders Åberg’s (1945–2018) strange open-air museum and works of art with over 50 buildings from all over the world. Catering, shops and several small museums are available in the area.

Norrfällsviken’s adventure golf
Bangolf course in front of the old fisherman’s chapel. Here you can, among other things, play the ball on a miniature of the Högakusten Bridge.
Rotsidan
Four kilometers of mighty flat diabase slabs that slope out into the sea. No kiosks, no sales, no activities. Nothing happens here – except that the heart rate and blood pressure drop and the sense of life rises. Enjoy.
Seal safari & bird watching, Lappudden, Nordingrå
Lappudden is a brilliant starting point for all kinds of excursions and adventures in the High Coast. Rental of accommodation and equipment, but from here you can also go on different experiences under experienced management.
Kulturfabriken, Mjällom
Museum which tells about Mjällom’s history with thriving shoe and bread industries, among other things. Also cafe, flea market and exhibitions of local artists and artisans.
Storsands havsbad, Norrfällsviken
Only one kilometer from Norrfällsviken is Storsands havsbad with its strange, reddish sand. Good swimming and easy to find a private spot on the beach.
Tomas Ledin Museum, Lövvik
The artist and songwriter Tomas Ledin has been given his own museum in Lövvik, where he spent parts of his childhood and which was the main source of inspiration for his acclaimed album Höga Kusten.
