SLÅTTDALSBERGET, SKULESKOGENS NATIONALPARK
As of a giant’s sword shed, Slåttdalsberget is cleaved in two by the 30 meter deep and seven meter wide Slåttdals creek. From Entré Syd you walk about 3.5 kilometers. Turn right after the crevice and take the road back over Slåttdalsberget back. Then you get the High Coast’s most powerful view of the World Heritage.
At Rotsidan you will find a four-kilometer stretch of beautifully ground and flat rocks, ideal as a bath and sunbathing area when the weather is nice. At south-easterly storms, the waves hit high on land. The World Heritage Site passes here.
3. THE SEA AND THE ISLANDS
Get out on the sea and the islands (!) Either with your own boat or kayak or with any of all the archipelago boats. Nowhere along the coast of Sweden is it more powerful than here in the High Coast.
A leisure paradise in the heart of the High Coast! Here you find everything: camping, 18-hole golf course, pool, shop, restaurants and more in a 350 year old fishing village with red sea sheds. Wonderful, long sandy beach and mighty pebble fields.

There you also visit the Naturum High Coast.

TIMRÅ OCH HÄRNÖSAND
A part of Mjällån’s valley about five kilometers long offers magical gorges and breathtaking nips where the river flows through the forest landscape. At Viksjö you will come to Västanå where you will find the 90 meter high cascade waterfall Västanåfallet, Sweden’s second highest waterfall. Here is a visit
center, shop, cafe and remains from the mining era.
